As PureXtracts’ Brand Ambassador, you are the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will work closely with our sales and marketing division to increase brand awareness by communicating the value of our products to customers and tracking customer feedback.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, in conjunction with excellent communication and networking skills, will enable you to excel in this role.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
Host product demos and in-store events in dispensaries, driving new customer acquisition and revenue
Proactively engage with consumers and budtenders to educate them on our products and share the brand message
Work closely with Account Executive and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies
Maintain expert knowledge of our strains
Build rapport with customers and vendors
Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints to Account Executive
Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows
Track customers' preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
Utilize CRM system to effectively track and report on competitors' marketing activities
Provide feedback to Account Executive regarding customers' requests
Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times
Present a professional appearance at all times
Always be on-site and on time for training and events
Brand Ambassador Requirements:
At least 21 years of age
Valid California Driver’s License
Reliable transportation and ability to travel
Prior experience in a customer service environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to respond well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Ability to work individually and with a team
Knowledge and compliance of rules and regulations required for employees in the cannabis industry as set forth by the State of California and City of Jurisdiction
Prior experience in the cannabis industry preferred, but not required
