The Compliance Clerk is a non- exempt position within HERBL operations . They are responsible for ensuring that the status of all inventory (available versus not available) is accurate according to BCC regulations. They oversee the operational processes needed to maximize inventory availability by coordinating and tracking Lab Sample Testing and accelerating operational processes for tested / approved goods.
They have oversight for inbound receipt audits to ensure compliance with label claims and regulatory reporting requirements and have the authority to send goods to quarantine for testing or remediation.
They are also responsible for the operational processes required to remediate non-available product, including oversight of multi-function activity, and coordinating inventory moves back to available status, physically, systematically and within Leaf Link to ensure the HERBL Sales team has accurate visibility into inventory available to sell.
